Properties located in The Shores and Lago Villagio are subject to rental restrictions. Before we can confirm a booking for one of these properties you must submit a completed application form (available on request). The completed application form should be sent to our office and we will forward the application together with the transfer fee (currently £55) to the respective Homeowner's Association. The cost of the transfer fee will be reflected on our booking sheet details as an additional cost. In the event you subsequently cancel the booking you will be liable for the cost of the transfer fee in addition to any other costs detailed in our terms and conditions
